So……what do I know about negotiation?

In a 30 year commercial career I’ve personally negotiated with some of the toughest customers around including Tesco, Asda, Superdrug, Boots and Bestway:



Along the way I’ve made negotiation mistakes but I learnt very quickly and now I help teams avoid making the same costly errors.
