AUDREY BODMAN – SPECIALISES IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND APPOINTMENT SETTING BY TELEPHONE
Audrey has over 25 years’ experience in training and development. Over that time she has worked with Agricultural, Banking, Consumables, IT, Media, Manufacturing, and Service based industries.
Audrey started in Sales initially working within a food and drink company where taking ‘orders’ and ‘reacting’ to customers was all part of the job. Soon after she progressed into a more pro-active sales role within a national newspaper which had a strong emphasis on ‘creating’ and ‘identifying’ opportunities on telephone calls. She was so good at this that she was appointed team leader within 6 months and then progressed onwards to senior management. Audrey has definitely ‘walked the talk’ as well – for fifteen years she ran her own telemarketing business with 15 members of staff, and ran telemarketing campaigns on behalf of such companies as……… Since then Audrey has continued to focus on the training and development of ‘Internal telephone personnel’ within a vast number of industries and has a clear understanding of how important the role is to many organisations.

When not working Audrey is a keen runner, having completed the London Marathon in 2017 and can often be seen on the dance floor (Salsa dancing is particular favourite)
Her ‘claim to fame’ is that her father once fought on the same boxing bill (‘the undercard’) as Muhammad Ali
