So…what do I know about negotiation?

In a 30 year commercial career I’ve personally negotiated with some of the toughest customers around including Tesco, Asda, Superdrug and Boots.

Along the way I’ve had many successes but also made some negotiation mistakes.Thankfully I learnt very quickly and now I help commercial teams to stop making the same expensive errors.
